Banos ecuador weather march day

If i only had a week in Ecuador (luckily i live here), in March, i would focus my time on something historical (Quito), something natural (Banos) and something cultural (Otavalo) Quilotoa is too big a risk and Cuenca is not special enough to go that far out of the way.
Four distinct climatic zones exist in Ecuador, each with its own weather patterns and optimal visiting seasons.
